Let’s be honest – both Eve and Twitch have been hurting in the viability department for a long time now.
But not anymore.
After countless iterations and over a year of internal testing, Riot confirmed and officially announced a complete overhaul of Eve and Twitch.
As the original assassin, Eve is the only champion in the League retaining a long-term stealth in the form of her new passive Shadow Walk, which keeps her stealthed while out of combat. Hate Spike now has an increased range and possible targets, and Eve’s ultimate has been replaced with the ranged AoE Agony’s Embrace, which damages, slows, and grants a durability buff.

In contrast, Twitch’s ability Ambush is now becoming a short-duration stealth, allowing Riot to refocus on overall damage output with his poison mechanic without making him overpowered. Along with a buff to his base stats, Expunge now also scales off of AD and AP. Debilitating Poison is being replaced by the AoE slow and poison ability Venom Cask, and his ultimate – Spray and Pray – is now a tool to strategically stack poison as opposed to raw damage.

What do you think about the stealth rework? Will these changes be enough to make Eve and Twitch viable again?
