This week’s free champion rotation can be summed up in one word: Aggressive.
Prefer an aggressive juggernaut that can pounce out of nowhere and provide the ultimate ganks? Look no further than Nocturne. Wards be damned, one pop of Paranoia and you’ll be carrying your team to victory while sending chills down your enemy’s spine.
Speaking of carrying, Vayne is a must for any ranged AD wanting to learn the intricacies of positioning and timing. With true damage, a burst stun, mini-stealth and a movement and attack steroid, it’s no wonder the Night Hunter is feared as arguably the strongest AD hyper-carry in the League.
Funny thing about fear – it is easily the most overpowered mechanic in LoL. Just ask Fiddlesticks. As a mid lane AP beast, Fiddlesticks rules in harass. What, having a health regen, slow, multi-target silence, AND massive AoE DoT not good enough for ya? Well, let’s just throw in a 3 second fear that renders your enemy useless for good measure.
Need more flexibility? Lulu may just be the yordle you’re looking for. Played in many different styles, The Fae Sorceress excels at buffing an AP heavy lineup while also providing surprisingly strong poke. And if that’s not hybrid enough for you, there’s always Jayce, Mr. Hybrid himself.
I personally plan to re-acquaint myself with the manliest sea-dog around – Gangplank. I be raining down cannonballs and sendin’ ye to a watery grave me hearties!
Yo ho!
