This week’s free champion rotation holds a special place in my heart, as many of the champions available were the first of their role I learned to control.
Are you a fine connoisseur of alcoholic concoctions? Do you fight your best stumbling and surrounded by a haze of cloudy vision? Me too! That’s why Gragas is one of my favorite melee. Tanky enough to dive into the thick of things, master of displacement with his ultimate…and he becomes stronger by getting drunk. What’s not to love?!
Ok, so maybe you prefer more range with your assaults. In that case, be sure to try out my favorite singer Karthus. With a mana regen-on-kill attack and strategic wall placement, he’s all about anticipating enemy movements. Oh, and he has one of the most overpowered ultimates in the league. Press “R” and win.
Trying to master harassing? Caitlyn is perfect for that! With the longest ranged attack early and mid game, traps, and a lock-on headshot this little lady is able to shut down lanes with no problem.
“Blah blah blah…I just want to KILL EVERYTHING!”. If you’re an aggressive individual who loves floating on the thin line between life and death (as well as playing whack-a-mole), pick up my first and favorite melee champion Tryndamere. Dive in and laugh when the enemy thinks they’ve got you dead to rights only to instead find a killing spree thanks to Endless Rage.
Screw strategy.
As for me, I’ll be continuing to play Corki until Riot honors my request for a true Top Gun Corki skin.
