You like junglers, right?
Excellent! Because Riot is giving you some of the best junglers to try out in the league this week with their free champion rotation. And seeing as how half of the roster is made up of these tree loving folk, instead of my usual rundown let’s examine a very crucial topic – the jungle route.
1) Wolves -> Blue Golems -> Wraiths -> Wolves -> Red Lizards -> Wraiths ->Gank Mid -> Gank Top
This is your standard route for almost any jungler with a mana bar. The early blue buff will allow you to spam abilities and clear your jungle faster. This route is particularly good for Amumu and Cho’Gath- just makes sure you get that blue buff!
2) Wraiths -> Red Lizards -> Top Gank / Mid Gank -> Small Golems -> Wolves -> Blue Golems
This route is your bread and butter for early game aggression with champs that don’t require an early blue buff for sustainability. An energy based jungler like Lee Sin excels at this route. As always, choose your lane ganks based on which side you’re on (blue or purple) and how hard the lane is pushed.
3) Wolves -> Blue Golems -> Enemy Red Lizzards -> Gank Top / Gank Mid -> Base -> Small Golems -> Wraiths – > Red Lizard
You’re super aggressive counter-jungling route. It is highly recommended to take this with a champion with both fast clear times and durability. Again, Lee Sin excels at this as he is one of the best counter junglers in the league. Udyr can also make great use of this route to disrupt the enemy jungler’s clear.
