We are one week away from yet another cracking eSports weekend as the Spring season begins.
A period of gaming that will feature Dreamhack Stockholm and MLG Spring Arena.
MLG Spring Arena will be running from Friday to Sunday and Dreamhack will be Saturday to Sunday.
MLG Spring Arena will feature the top eight players from the Winter Championship. Huk, MC, MarineKing, Heart, DongRaeGu, viOLet, GanZi and PartinG.
Spanning over the entire weekend we are definitely expecting top quality matches from the best of the best in the world of StarCraft 2.
Not only are we going to have top matches, we have an all-star list of casters and analysts to provide plenty of content, Including Grubby, Tastosis, Sheth and more.
Dreamhack will also be hosting massive names in, NaNiwa, ThorZaIN, Polt, IdrA and more!
Europe’s top tournament will sure as hell be just as good as MLG. So you guys are spoiled for choice this weekend, two top tournaments but what will you be watching?
Dreamhack may be many people’s first choice (being a free stream), whereas MLG is a PPV Arena.
Timezones will once once again play a big part in viewership numbers, Europe will watch Dreamhack and the US will watch MLG for the most part. But will the $10 PPV factor into the viewership?
I will of course try to watch both of them to keep you up to date on everything.
