Last of Us Trailer Reveals A New Side To Lead Character

A new trailer for the game The Last of Us reveals a progressive nature to the character Joel, from simple every day man to the more violent survival driven character players will experience.

The trailer uses the song Alone and Forsaken from Hank Williams Sr. to set a somber tone, letting the last line Joel says to Ellie leave a powerful mark on the audience.

The one game play preview I’ve seen pretty much alluded to this guy having to do what he has to to survive and it wasn’t always pretty. I’m really stoked for this one, but I’m an unabashed Uncharted fanboi.

PC/Xbox 360 would be nice, but as far as I know it’s going to stay a PS3 exclusive. Game looks amazing though.
