If you ever wanted to exact revenge on that mean old bot in RuneScape, now you can with the upcoming content, Botany Bay.

Runescape developers revealed in their latest RuneScape Behind The Scenes series that players will be able to pass judgement on these bots as well as pelt them with tomatoes for their vile acts

With this move, Runescape is giving players the opportunity to be teleported, via an Announcer found throughout the world, the chance to pass judgement onto these bottom feeders and be granted rewards in the process.

Check out the latest video surrounding Botany Bay and let us know your thoughts on allowing players to pass judgement on convicted accounts.

All the bots that go there are already banned, they give you the illusion you are doing something. It’s fun for the first judgement then it’s boring and worthless.

dont really get the idea of having 2 warnings, one is enough. id love to have this in some other games i play, LoL, sc2 and GW2. the view of a bot getting hes ass burned

It gives them the chance to change. Also, after the first warning they aren’t allowed to trade other players and whenever they receive a trade request they automatically say “I can’t trade you I have been caught botting”
