We were teased last week about new DLC possibly coming to Batman: Arkham City.
Today, WB Interactive and Rocksteady confirmed not only the DLC, but a whole Arkham City Game of the Year Edition for release next month.
Included in the Game of the Year Edition is:
- Catwoman DLC
- Robin DLC
- Nightwing DLC
- Batman skins DLC
- A digital download of the movie Batman Year One
- “Harley Quinn’s Revenge” DLC
That’s a decent haul for a GOTY Edition, but PC gamers might not even have the option of picking it up. So far, this edition has only been confirmed for release on May 29 for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
“Harley Quinn’s Revenge” is set to release on April 29 for Playstation 3 and April 30 for Xbox 360. This DLC is strongly hinted at in the trailer as being the final piece of content for Arkham City. Rocksteady’s Community Manager Sarah Wellock took to Twitter to confirm that the DLC will be priced around $10, and information on the DLC’s PC release will be coming soon.
The lack of a PC release for the Arkham City Game of the Year edition is puzzling, but at least the upcoming Harley Quinn DLC will be available.
Does anyone here feel left out by the apparent PC snub?
