Rovio Releases An Amusing Teaser Trailer For Angry Birds Space

First they traveled to Rio. Then to Facebook. Now, Rovio‘s Angry Birds are headed to space.

This new trailer for Angry Birds Space will change how you think about astronauts. Science? The betterment of mankind? Tang? Nope. Astronauts are only worried about one thing: taking down as many of those green pigs as they can in a single shot.

To be honest, I don’t even know if the green pigs will make an appearance in Angry Birds Space. What I do know is that Rovio will make an official announcement on March 8th, 2012 at 7:00 a.m. PST, and the game is expected to release on March 22, 2012 for iOS, Android, and PC platforms.
