Good video, but not a new video. Feel like there’s been some bigger news out of RIFT the last two days than this that could use a word or three about it.

Testing normalized structured PvP. Skill > Gear for real in an MMO. Interesting development that they’ll be testing on Live Servers for a week coming up.

And their own Annual Pass giving you a couple of rewards and a free copy of the upcoming expansion. Also worth a mention.

I gotta say Rift deserves to have a much bigger playerbase then it does. Really is a great game.

If RIFT was B2P with micro-transactions I would snap it up in an instant. The sub model is outdated and I refuse to play a game that bullies me into opening my wallet every month.
