Great review here MikeB. I don’t know what Sim Towers is, but a game this reminded me of was Game Dev Story. A little less in the category of how things are done, but the ‘Build a Company’ and run it factor is certainly there. Vote this up on Steam people, especially if you like it. Free on Steam according to the Official Site – if its voted on.
