When you picked up the budda it said “Healthy mind in healthy body”. It restored some of your life, and it was filling back up to 100% after a while. And those buttons are coins, the square holes are common in the ninja-era.

If you’re looking for a ninja-reskin of Binding of Isaac for just a dollar, then it’s totally worth it.
