All good things must come to an end, which is apparently the case with the Binding of Isaac expansions.
Florian Himsl and Edmund McMillen have announced the final expansion for The Binding of Isaac titled Wrath of the Lamb. It will be available on May 28 on Steam and will cost players $3.
This “dream expansion” will contain 100+ items, 5+ chapters, 20+ enemies, 15+ bosses and more music from Danny B. There will also be an unlockable character named Samson –The Berserker — as well as an absolutely final chapter and boss with new endings.
Sadly, this is the last expansion we’ll see for Isaac as all development efforts will now be concentrated on Super Meat Boy: The Game. Still for Isaac fans, it’s a pretty good send off, and not to expensive for everything they’re including.
