I despise Logan. To hear yo u say hes about as popular as hemorrhoids made my night lol. Also Two Blade Pete is voiced by Crispin Freeman, the voice of Uchiha, Alucard, many others, and even Logan unfortunately… He was interviewed along with Felicia day and Steve Blum way back doing the voices of Tyria article.

Take the time to reread what I wrote, please. I don’t recall calling anyone a fanboy. My mention of bias didn’t come with any hostile connotation. I also spoke of GW2 and SWTOR sharing some voice actors. I also asked for some patience with some voice actors that might not be as seasoned. I’m sure they’ll improve during their careers if they have the opportunity to.

I would appreciate you not reading into my comments like that. You found various elements of resentment towards you that I don’t possess.

Give me a break man, my name is Revan not SWTOR havoc, KOTOR is the game I like – and please don’t condescend my point with accusations of being a fan boy or biased. SWTOR got old for me just like many others, but that doesn’t mean their VO talent wasn’t top notch, because it was.

As I said, ‘from that small sample size’ I appreciate the VO from SWTOR. As I have also said many times before GW2 looks amazing and I can’t wait for it.

By the way, it is far more apparent that you are the instrument of bias in here, trying to shoot down a perfectly valid point and calling it ‘bias’.

Man…That voice acting in that video sucked…Get over it. I’m not saying that defines the game.

Comparing these short “work in progress” cutscenes to a full story playthrough in swtor is…well….silly.

Actually, Old Ben is very skinny, and he won’t really be able to make it into GW2 since he never leaves his chopper (riding since 1908).

being serious for a second, GW had the ability to select aged and scarred faces, in fact JADO CAST in Guild Wars has white hair and is old and scruffy. I would hope they give the same type of options in GW2 to continue my proud heritage of being old and scruffy. :-)

Very interesting points Corey, thanks for your time. What I would say is that the GW2 cutscenes are certainly of a certain style which is certainly meant to be efficient story delivery than cinematicaly immersive. I initially was a bit wary of it but it’s growing on me I have to say.
