Rob Pardo, Chief Creative Officer at Blizzard Entertainment tweeted something interesting about an upcoming Blizzard PAX East Announcement.
PAX East next week and I’m still not ready with the announcement for our next game… work work work

It is well known that Blizzard is planning on going to PAX East next week, but the company has been hush-hush about the details. Pardo did give us one piece of info: It’s not Titan. We will have to wait a bit longer for that. Then, to tease us a bit more (and poke fun at a fan site), he invited us to make our own guesses.
and no it’s not Titan!!! other than that… feel free to guest like Blizzplanet lolblizzplanet.com/blog/comments/…

So BlizzPlanet thinks (thought?) the Blizzard PAX East announcement is going to be Blizzard All Stars. Not a bad guess, I think. We know the game is supposed to come out sometime soon(ish). Blizzard could probably use a MOBA-style game on its official roster… like now. We first heard about the game at Blizzcon 2010. If we are running on Blizz-time, announcing it three years later makes perfect sense.
Other Guesses?
Last month, Christ Metzen made the big announcement that Diablo 3 will be brought to Playstation 3 and 4. Some speculate that the Blizzard PAX East announcement will have something to do with that. Perhaps they will announce D3 coming to Xbox? Wow, that would be a let down. No, whatever it is they will talk about has nothing to do with D3 on consoles.
Let me go way, WAY out into left field and make my guess. OK, it’s more of a wish than a guess. I think the Blizzard PAX East announcement will have something to do with a mobile device game. As of now, Bliz has nothing in the way of mobile gaming available to its fans unless you count the WoW online auction house as a game. I’d love to see Pokewow brought to iOS.
What do you think the Blizzard PAX East announcement will be?
