Red 5’s FireFall Releases Special FX Video

Red 5 Studios released a brand new summer milestone video, this one focusing on the special effects of the game.

From explaining that they blow “stuff” up, to revealing the process of fleshing out an idea and turning that idea into the level of polish Firefall fans have come to expect and enjoy, the video shows a number of really stellar visuals of the game in action.

Who doesn’t like to know that when something goes boom, it was given the tender care and nurturing by a developer necessary to let you, the player, know that something just died in a horribly painful explosion?

I really liked this interview a lot. No PR bull, robot voices or devs who can’t speak or somebody who has no (sufficient) idea what they are speaking about. I understand and don’t expect all devs to have grade A public speaking skills, cause I don’t but it is really great to see them in a relaxed state speaking their mind and having a casual and informative discussion.

It makes people appreciate the game more and really support the company with the people behind it when they do it right.

It’s difficult to say anything about R5 without sounding like a brown noser.

It’s difficult to beta test other games without comparing them to R5,and finding them lacking.Few come close.
Best game I’ve ever had the Honor of testing, bar none.
