ZeniMax Online Studios is shaking things up on its Elder Scrolls Online website, expanding the content area of its site to include previews, developer interviews, announcements, and other heaping handfuls of information to keep the excitement high for next year’s launch.
Today, we were given an piece penned by lore-master Lawrence Schick, who talks about why ESO is placed where it is in the timeline and what familiar sights players can look forward to as they adventure throughout Tamriel.
You can then head on over to the screenshot comparison page to take a look at side-by-side stills from the ESO and from Skyrim, Oblivion, and Morrowind, to get an idea of how the the environments of these much-loved single-player games will be represented in the MMORPG.
So what does the future hold for the official Elder Scrolls Online site? Official forums and something Schick teases as “the Elder Scrolls Lore Library.” Sounds geek-tastic!
