ArenaNet has kindly fashioned GAMEBREAKER with a whopping 500 keys for the next Guild Wars 2 beta event to give to you, the fans.

If you want to lose yourself in Tyria from June 8 to June 10 — like hundreds of thousands of other eager gamers — just follow the link to our Facebook page and all will be made clear.

@midx … the game has not been optimized as of the last test, so there may still be performance issues. For the GuildCast team .. LOVE the show, but already have prepurchased, so I do NOT need a key. Thanks for putting this up for others though.

  Twitter is in the same boat of stupid “new social networks” as Facebook. If you dont share my opinion just ask yourself this question: To how many of my “friends” can I go and borrow a cup of sugar?
  
  All these new technology based networks do is give you an ILLUSION of being a network of friends, because there is less need to work for a friendship and it is much easier to walk away from someone. There is also close to no opportunity to “be there for a friend in a time of need”, because real problems cant be talked about in written form and someone who lives miles away cant really help physically.

lol ive got at least 3 friends who have made fake facebook profiles just to get the keys. They are just going to delete their facebook after this is over. Major inconvenience linking it to facebook. Would be WAY better if they gave all pre-purchasers an additional code to give to friends.

Really enjoy the show. Your website is my first stop each day to get all the latest news for my gaming fix.Obviously would love a beta key as I’d like to be able to test the gameplay to see how my pc copes with the game before putting down money. I have no doubts that the game is going to be awesome though.

I think this US-only thing is a marketing tool, to see how many more potential buyers there would be in US alone.

Arenanet probably will give away keys to some other EU-only sites.

    I did some research because I highly doubt the FTC would intervene on this ‘giveaway’ and deem it an illegal lottery, and what I found was that this issue mainly concerns particular state law.
    
    Since I don’t know what that law is, I hope you guys did your own research through your California state representatives to find out.
