Do you have more than one World of Warcraft account attached to your Battle.net account?
Do you like mounts and pets? If you answered “yes” to those questions, and I know a few of you did, then we have some happy news for you!
Community Manager Nethaera confirmed via twitter that if you buy the Mists of Pandaria Collectors Edition, the little pet and stone guardian mount will be shared to all accounts tied to your Battle.net account.
So if you are one of the people with multiple WoW accounts tied to a single Battle.net account you won’t have to drop the extra cash on multiple collectors editions of MoP for all of your accounts. You’ll still need to drop cash on the normal version if you want to upgrade your other WoW accounts to Mists of Pandaria when it launches.
To make it even sweeter for players, Zarhym confirmed that “account wide” means Battle.net account wide saying:
“For all intents and purposes, assume that the game doesn’t really understand the concept of a WoW license. The account-level achievement system will all be based on the Battle.net account and not each individual WoW license attached to it.”
They’re still working out the kinks, but mounts and achievements on all my WoW accounts? Yes please.
