If you’re one of the people who forked over money for the MechWarrior Online Founder Package to gain access to the beta but have found yourself unable to get in — or are unsure of when you should be able to get in — don’t worry. Piranha Games has you covered.
According to a recent update, founders should already have access to the game and anyone that purchases will gain access not long after their transaction clears. There was an issue last weekend, though, with a glitch that prevented some people from being granted access as they should have been.
At this point, even those that weren’t able to access over the weekend should be able to get into the game now. But if for some reason you still can’t seem to get into the game, the team asks that you contact customer support for help with fixing the issue.
