OMG THE BEST ABILITY THAT STAFF DOES IS IT REPEATEDLY GIVES YOUR TEAM AEGIS. I have had Aegis cast on me 4 times in one cast in a PvP fight. I can only imagine what potential this has outside of everything else as a Team fight skill.

“Ripping all boons from allies and cures all conditions from foes.” Umm… >.> It was just funny to hear, its easy to get boons and conditions confused after all.

Mantra of Concentration is really the only mantra that is viable outside of a mantra build. Cast times dont last longer than 7 or 8 seconds, so if you are heading into a team fight you can charge this and you will be able to remove 4 Conditions outside of Null Field.

Mantra’s in and of themselves feel more like an unfinished skill type. The names and tooltips are all over the place and some don’t feel worth it.

Fun Fact, Mantra of Healing (sic), heals the caster on cast and on charge. So when you Cast the skill you get healed and when you charge it you do. So with the trait that Taugrim was talking about, you essentially have 4 heals on one skill. It doesn’t say it on the tool tip but from running a mantra build i can assure you it works.

I did not learn a single thing about the Mesmer in this episode from this guys build. You could have just talked and explained the builds a Mesmer has available to them. No Offense this was a bad choice to pick for Buildcast, but maybe the choices were limited.
That said I did like the comentation on what the player was doing wrong and that was very informative in SPvP playing be it any profession. The slow motion of the video was not helpful either but maybe you slowed it down so people could see thing better when they happened.

Someone tell this guy to use his healing skill more … being at 10% health gives no advantage if you still have your heal up.
