Bioware has no credibility. Just last year they got busted padding metacritic reviews of DA2.

TOR has been 1 massive bullshit after another.

Examples (quotes are paraphrased):

“Players will be able to PVE and PVP in the same gear with only an approximate 5% disparity.” Nope.

Spring 2011 release target was given and then utterly denied, despite Daniel Erickson giving the date on video.

“Players will be really excited to see what Ilum has to offer.” You know, that feature we had to throw together using unused Hoth assets because we realised that 6 weeks before launch we had no world PVP.

“Our maps are awesome.” Right now I can’t even look at another area, something which I can do IRL on my phone.

“Choices matter.” …

“Raid combat would be heroic and not just about beating on one giant mob”. “I have 23 distinct weapon systems..”

‘If you want to look like Obi Wan from the movies you can go ahead and do that.’ Alternatively, you’d probably prefer to go around looking like an extra from Flash Gordon.

Well now that I actually got to play over the weekend (not very much tho due to busy schedule ) I can say that I will enjoy the game without the cash shop since I enjoyed myself and didn’t even realize we had access to the shop…. >.>

And TBH, I don’t really care if I end up spending more on a F2P game than a sub game if I enjoy it and think its worth it. LoL is one of my favorite games and I probably spent more money on it than Skyrim mixed with some other Steam games I have and simply on cosmtic skins lol!
