With Aion and GW2 going F2P (probably others, too, by the time “Titan” ships), I doubt a subscription model would work, so this isn’t particularly surprising. Also, Titan’s setting will (presumably) make it easier to integrate advertising into the game, so that’s another source of revenue.

I believe if you look back through comments posted. Once or twice through all the previous times you guys have talked about Titan I’ve mentioned this. Its the only market they haven’t developed into as of yet. Maybe I should have a tin foil hat and people would listen to opinions better. This honestly would not surprise me at all, especially with that recent job posting about developing in game advertisements for well known products.
