The variety of aircraft you’ll have to choose from in Wargaming.net‘s next war-action title is anything but “plane.”
OK, that was terrible.
To wash that awful taste out of your mouth, check out the recent video for World of Warplanes, in which the devs talk about the game’s three classes of aerial death machines:
There are fighters — which we covered previously — agile but lightly armored attack aircraft. Next up are ground-attack aircraft, which Historical Consultant Yuri Pasholok describes as “flying tanks” and unsurprisingly specialize in taking out ground targets. Finally, there are heavy fighters, which strike a middle ground between maneuverability and staying power.
Additionally, each nation will have its unique strengths and weaknesses, with American-based carrier planes being mentioned in the video.
Which type of plane sounds best to you? Do you want to be nimble or loaded down with firepower?
Or do you want something in between?
