Latest Dark Souls 2 Concept Art Reveals Necromorph Style Enemies and More!
Recently From Software and Namco Bandai have released brand new concept art from their upcoming game Dark Souls 2. While the images show off the various weapons, environments, armor, and enemies players will lose their lives to in countless dying, one of the images looks vaguely like a Necromorph typically found in the Dead Space series.
Now I am not saying this is a bad route as the designs look beyond stellar and should have fans of the Dark Souls/Demon Souls series chomping at the bit to play, but I wonder if we will see this Necromorph styled enemy share similar traits from Dead Space.
Fans of Dark Souls/Demon Souls already know that boss fights can revolve around a similar idea of attacking to remove parts for reward or to decrease the difficulty of the fight, but an actual enemy that requires the need to be dismembered until it stays dead has the potential to ramp up the shock value until players wise up.
