In an interview with CVG Assassins Creed 3 Game Director Damien Kieken revealed that players will find during their multiplayer encounters a continuing story that actually ties into the main campaign.
As you progress in the game and level up your character, you access these files and videos. Every month you’ll have new challenges to unlock new content that will continue the storyline throughout the year.
The story will revolve around Abstergo strange push to give access of the Animus to the general public.
Players will be tasked with trying to solve this mystery before anyone gets hurt, and figuring out a way to stop or hinder Abstergo’s nefarious plans.
On top of this gamers will get a chance to experience the new dynamic weather system which can take a standard encounter and turn it on its head.
Finally the game’s multiplayer will have the standard Domination for a 4v4 team. Or, if you’re feeling cocky, Wolf Pack is likely your game; a mode where 2 to 4 players will hunt down AI targets as fast as possible trying to beat the clock.
Weather effects, story, and time trial killing all just seems too good to be true in a multiplayer. Let us know whether this will get you into some PvP action or does this incite a bitter anger to possibly miss out on story elements?
