With practically zero coordination, Gary Gannon,  Schaffnit and Mike B attempt to clear through another dungeon in Torchlight II.

Like the original Torchlight, Torchlight II features randomly-generated dungeons for the player to explore, and numerous types of monsters to fight for experience and loot. Torchlight II maintains the same basic gameplay as its predecessor, but features overland areas with multiple hub towns, and a longer campaign. Other new features include time of day cycles, weather effects, and a redesigned user interface. Players are able to customize character appearance with choice of sex, face, hair style and hair color. Additionally, several elements from the first game return, such as pets, fishing, and a retirement system.

Don’t fall in the lava!

Gary Gannon, Mike B aka Fony and Mike Schaffnit are back in Magicka. The Yetis are gone this time, but now the guys are up against some even nastier foes. The guys have to fight their way through lots of very mean spell-casting dwarves and fire-breathing lizards. Oh, and they have to fight these baddies while walking over thing bridges suspended over seas of lava.

Here we go again.

The gang dusted off their staffs and wizard robes, so you should probably take cover. Between dodging angry Yetis, Gary’s rocks and their own thunder bolts, it looks like they’ve got their hands full in Magicka. How have their W A and Space keys not worn off of their keyboards yet?

The hordes of Yetis they face this week are very, very angry and like to rip things apart. Can Gary Gannon conjure up enough rocks to fight them off? Will Mike B aka Fony figure out which spell does what? Is Mike Schaffnit going to be able to resurrect them both fast enough?

Ouya has been making waves recently, having reached 5.8 million in donations from their kickstarter program.  And this past week, Square Enix, Red 5 Studios and Onlive all dropped amazing news for Ouya fans everywhere.

To start, Square Enix announced today that gamers will finally be getting Final Fantasy III. Originally re-released as a 3D remake on the Nintendo DS back in 2006, gamers will get their chance at this lost treasure in true high definition on Ouya.

And if you are not sure whether to drop coin on this missing link, there will be a demo available at launch.

If this wasn’t enough to get you excited, Mark Kern, the ex-World of Warcraft lead and current CEO of Red 5 Studios, had this to say to about FireFall possibly joining Ouya’s game lineup after an interview with Eurogamer.net;

For the price of the Kickstarter why not try it? Yeah, they may fail. Some people are saying ‘oh, it’s vaporware.’ But I want to get behind people that want to challenge the status quo, who want to try something different.

Finally to round all this out, Onlive has joined forces with Ouya to bring the entire library of Onlive games to the Ouya console.

Gamers will find a slew of games to play and up to 30 minutes of trials for the ones you are not sure about buying, yet.

Ouya is making great connections with gamers and developers alike, but it remains to be seen whether it will it be enough for this new console to carve out a place for itself.

Josh and Mike B were asked if they liked the recently announced mount and pet for World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria collector’s edition. Josh aptly described the mount as an “angry grown-up grandfather of the disco lion” and the pet as a “pug punched in the face.” So obviously he is in love with these in-game items called Quilen (Imperial Quilen mount and Lucky Quilen Cub). Are you going to buy the collector’s edition, Josh? “Yes, but not for the mount and pet.” Josh says that he has a tradition of buying the collector’s editions of games because when he first started buying games he wanted them to be worth more on eBay. Mike B on the other hand couldn’t care less about the in-game items; he just wants the box. If you are buying the game but don’t want the box, get in touch with Mike B; he will buy it from you.

Blizzard continues to add new stuff to the Mist of Pandaria.

On the PvE front, testers battled raid bosses, and of course, leveled in Panderia. With each new PvE experience added to World Of Warcraft, Blizzard is adding valor points. What with all these valor points? Well that’s the question, really. We don’t exactly know why this currency is given out like candy, but it seems that everything you do will gain valor: challenge-mode dungeons, scenarios, quest, your mom, and raids — but nothing PvP related. *Sad face* Why does Blizzard hate PvP?
