If you’ve played DayZ for more than an hour, chances are you have a story to tell. In this week’s Blizz Blues, DayZ has found it’s way into World of Warcraft and has brought with it all the elements that have made the mod a smash hit.

I think it was the pre-release WotLK event that I loved the most, kinda reminds me of DayZ somewhat.

My guild, and well a whole lotta people, basically turned Crossroads and various other locations into Zombietown for the duration of that event. It’s probably not so big a deal now, but it caused SOOO MUCH MAD ON AN RP SERVER then.

Blizz unintentionally created an event that had sandbox elements to it, ie: players actually altering the state of the world. It was extremely short but very sweet.

I haven’t payed WoW since a lil after the launch of WotLK, but Darnell keeps me informed so I don’t feel like I’m missing much.
