PvP reminiscing is really about what you loved first. I didn’t like PvP in Ultima Online or Asheron’s Call, but DAoC PvP (RvR) was fantastic. You can call WoW PvP “retro”, but really Guild Wars 2 PvP is “retro”, as it resembles the DAoC world PvP style. MUD PvP? btdt.
