Why Can They not Just Put Starcraft Just Like Titan make Starcraft Into an MMO? i think this would be EPIC! Seeing a Zerg coming at you and your friends would be awesome!!

If you want to know what the whole franchise thing is about you should go do some research on Activisions latest cash-cow, Skylanders. Titan will most likely pair up with some RL product you buy to get things in-game, sorta like if you had to buy actual Magic cards to use them in MtG video games.
