Guildwars2 did the email on the screen because of the NDA. If someone posted a pic they made their email available which also made it easy for ANet to drop them from the beta.

It was not because they wanted to track down private servers.

Compare gold in WoW and gold in GW2 is stupid… In GW2 you won’t get tons of gold droping from mobs, I think even after a while we won’t see retarded gold amounts like in WoW.
Normalization items in pvp in WoW = banned all pve items from pvp like in gw2
About 10 mil players, zero new players only alts. It doesn’t matter how populated sever is if 95% of this population sit in org or sw. When I leveled my warr, never left city just que for dung as tank…

MoP is going to be a interesting expansion, for the first time in wows history 10 man raiding is the pinnacle of raiding in wow now, with over 92% of guilds being 10 man and paragon also gone 10 man (which was out of there control) it’s where the competition is at.

I expect a lot more top end guilds to drop down. 25 man raiding is officially the B league now.

It’s a real shame what’s happened to the game. Not only is 25 man raiding much harder to manage outside of raids it’s now being seen by many as the inferior competitive format now by the playerbase.   Yep, I can believe it. The largest guild on my realm is running 6 10-man raids. The top guild runs 2 10-man raids. If you are a highly competitive raiding team, you run 1 tank, 2 heals and 7 dps, with the dps that can switch to off tank and heals as needed.
  
  The ten man raids just lead to less drama/trauma within the group. Less hurt feelings over legendary weapons and loot drops.
  
  What I would love to see is the return of 40/25-man single boss raids. While we are getting the two world bosses in MoP, I do miss the large single boss instanced raids. You get four raid teams together and tackle a 40 man raid boss.

Cross realm zones need GW2 systems to work right, I.E. resource nodes for all and especially no mob tagging.

  Not so sure about that. While allowing everyone to tag mobs and gather from nodes works for GW2 (annoying when players tag a skill challenge and run off.)
  
  WoW competitive resource gathering works (as long as the bots are under control.) While I can understand why players who are happy with low pop servers are happy with zones to themselves, I am enjoying seeing more opposing factions out in the world.
  
  I was glad to see the “group” level mini-boss in Mist of Pandaria did not have tagging. This allow you to join the fight, without a group invite or having to wait for a respawn.

    i WANT to be able to say “oh look a player, great we can work together”, but with the system right now it’s more like “oh shit! a player i better step up my game or they will tag my kills and steal my nodes.”

I hate the fact that when you click on the screen, now, it goes to another site and starts the video again instead of pausing it like it use to. If I wanted to use the other site, I’d be there already. I want to watch it on gamebreakertv.com’s site, dammit.
