Whole point of gaming is to have fun, enjoy free time, when he said he need to work ingame and can’t play pets battles because he doesn’t have time for it… something is wrong. That’s the reason why I quit wow, it was more like a job very repetitive one and after a while very boring.

  Did you miss the point when Josh said he’s had more fun in three days of Mist of Pandaria than during Cata.
  
  I agree with Josh about Pet Battles, I’m still leveling my Resto Druid, Mage and Lock; so Pet Battles will have to wait. For me, Pet Battles will be part of the End Game.
  
  My guild does have a couple of players who have not purchased Mist of Pandaria yet and they have been playing the hell out of the Pet Battle System. They really seem to be enjoying themselves.

Olivia has my favourite kind of British accent – like Lara Croft – posh and classy.

Anyway I stayed up for as long as I could to watch Lore ding 90 ,but in the end I slept twice before he slept at all, not to mention he did a show in the middle of it.

And the music request bot on his chanel was epic. Minus the poor taste in music by some, but really it was minor.

my sceptical speculation on patch 5.1; it’s referenced in the jade forest that the main alliance fleet is 2 months away, and from blue posts that the world will be changing with how the conflict between the alliance and horde.
so, patch 5.1, the alliance and horde fleet get to pandaria, and the changes to the world as a result, full on war and such. maybe even a pvp-focused patch?

Pet battles suck.

I don’t mind the extra people now and then but I much prefer just Gary, Josh and Mike by themselves. The gab flows so much better. Also, Chris Hanel is the best guest and I’m not keen on Olivia’s accent. I’m a working class Pom! lol

If you let WoW become repetitive or work-like, you should change your MO.

I believe many players (especially raiders) have a compulsion to do everything that gives them an edge, and if they have been doing it for multiple expansions that way, their first compulsion is to pretty much do everything there is at 90 and play hardball with that.

Problem is if you do everything, all dailies every days, the burnout rate will be fast on them – you might even miss the storyline Blizzard put into the stages of rep in the ohh no more dailies mentality – and since doing all the dailies every day are actually not needed for an edge it is a foolish way to burn out on a new expac – you can get valors from dungeons and scenarios too, and the epics qualirt from factions looks more like the casuals reward for finishing factions.So when you get over the compulsion to do everything at once, because that is what you are used, and just focus on one or two factions – I recommend grouping up doing so – there will be more time to do other content too without feeling it is a guilty pleasure.
