Well I hope so as there’s a chance it’s arriving much sooner than you thought.

While wearing our tin-foil hats, of course, it seems there are signs of life for Patch 5.0. For the uninitiated — don’t worry, there’s no paddling — Patch 5.0 will bring a lot of meat to the table in preparation for the full expansion’s launch.

Could we be seeing the precursor to MoP on the PTS shortly?

In other news, apparently Blizzard has lost its head. Well, its head enchants at least. It’s been confirmed that in MoP there will be no head enchants and there will be an end to rep grinding for shoulder enchants too.

Anyone shedding a tear over that?

Scribes will be delighted at the extra cash flowing into their coffers from being the sole suppliers of shoulder ‘chants. Is this fair on the other professions?

Throw in a hammer that you’d need one epic nail to find a use for, as well as your viewer questions, and we’re going to need to go old school for this show.

With that in mind, we welcome back returning champion Mike B aka Fony to be reunited with his bros Josh “Lore” Allen and Gary Gannon — careful, they may get misty — for this week’s Legendary!

  -Get to rollout my frost spec on my Mage, it currently hits like a truck at 85 on the MoP beta.
  -Going to play my lock, looks fun to play again.
  -Will love trying out Displacer Beast, Wild Charge, Faerie Swarm, Mass Entanglement, Typhoon, Disorienting Roar and Mighty Bash on my Resto Druid.
  
  Really want to see if you can run Cata content with a 8 sec CD on dispels.

Oh goody, Blizard are handing Inscription even more reasons to earn vast amounts of money, next thing we will hear is that they are giving shoulder enchants to Jewel crafters who are already making all the money from all the gems we HAVE to buy. bah!

  Losing the rep enchants is a good thing.

  The problem was the grind, though, not the enchant. If they gave players more than one route to get the head enchants (and even multiple slightly different enchants for each role), it could be interesting.
  
  Anyway, the head enchants were actually pretty easy to get in Cataclysm, and since each enchant came from a different faction, you could do a different faction with each alt (and you could mail them to other characters).
  
  The real problem in Cataclysm are the _shoulder_ enchants, which force you do do the exact same quest line with every single alt.
  
  I leveled inscription on three characters just so I didn’t have to repeat all the bloody Therazane quests again (after going through them with 6 other characters…).

  I frequent eurogamer.com quite a bit for news and reviews. Often times their writers will use a joke or some lingo that I don’t ‘get’. Also, I’m not eligible for the contests that they promote, but you won’t see me bitching about it in their comment sections. I understand that the site is based in a different country, but I enjoy the content very much.
  If this is something that you just can’t deal with I’d suggest that you move on to another site.

easy way to handle the enchant thing.. make purples up gradable like SWToR does.. is simple..cost effective.. and less stress than grinding rep and having to fly to get the enchant every time you need the enchant.. plus would save have to farm for a piece you like instead of you need.. plain and simple..btw.. i have played wow since BC.. and now have WoW on hold till release of MoP..

  The moddable gear was a good idea for SWTOR, I had planned on upgrading my Slave Girl Outfit before I finally gave up on SWTOR and left.

the enchant issue is simple.. use the SWToR approach.. use mods to upgrade purples..plain and simple..btw have played WoW since BC and have put WoW on hold and now playing alot of fps consoles as well as other MMO’s..just seams like a better system..
